- 1 Box Ready-to-Bake Pie Crusts
- 1/2 c. Lemon Curd
- Powdered Sugar

Set out your Pie Crusts and allow to come to room temperature. While you're waiting, preheat your oven to 450°. One at room temperature, roll out the pie crust and use the flower cookie cutter to cut out flower shapes. Your box of Ready to Bake Pie Crusts will come with 2 crusts per box. You will be able to make 7 flower tarts per crust.

Place the flower shapes into the mini muffin tin and gently press them down. Press the petals down around the top of pan.

Bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and cool on wire cooling rack.

Sprinkle the cooled tarts with powdered sugar.

Spoon approximately 1/2 tbsp. of lemon curd into the center of each tart.

Serve on a lovely white Ceramic Cake Stand and enjoy!
