- 1 Package Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1 Brick Vanilla Ice Cream
- Pearl White Hard Candy Hearts
- Black Candy Coated Chocolates
- Thin Black Licorice Leather
- Wilton Pink Color Mist
- Vanilla Icing

Begin by baking the sugar cookie mix per the given instructions. You could also save time by purchasing premade sugar cookies from the grocery store or local bakery. Once your cookies are baked and cooled, we suggest chilling them in the freezer for 5-10 minutes so the ice cream has a chilled base when making the ice cream sandwich.

Next, using a Plastic Knife, cut a "V" shape into the top of two cookies and remove the center portion. You should be left with a basic cat face silhouette.

Use your Knife to cut a 1" brick of vanilla ice cream. Place the brick on a Plate and place one of your cat cookies on top. Use the Knife to cut away the excess ice cream so you are only left with ice cream to fit the shape of the kitty cat ice cream sandwich. Carefully flip the ice cream and cookie over and add the second cookie on top.

Add a small dot of frosting to the back of two Black Candy Coated Chocolates and place them on the cookie to serve as the cat's eyes.

Lightly spray the Pearl White Hard Candy Hearts with the Wilton Pink Color Mist. Add a dot of frosting to the back of one of the Hearts and place on the cookie so it looks like the nose of the cat.

Trim the black licorice leather into small, thin strips and place three on each side of the Heart nose to look like cute, little whiskers. Repeat these steps until you have enough kitty cat ice cream sandwiches for all your party guests!
