We love healthy recipes that the kids like to cook up as much as they like to eat. That’s why we make a lot of these Kid-Friendly Gluten Free Energy Bites at our house. These no-bake energy bites are a cinch to whip up and the kiddos absolutely enjoy creating their own concoctions.

  • ½ c. Organic Puffed Rice Cereal
  • ½ c. Almond Butter
  • ¼ c. Honey
  • ½ c. Shredded Coconut or Ground Flax Seed
  • ¼ t. Vanilla
  • Fruit and Nuts:
  • 1 Bag Dried Mango, Chopped Up in Small Pieces
  • 1 Bag Chocolate Covered Coconut Pieces, Chopped
  • 1 Bag Raw Cashews, Chopped
  • 1 Bag Dried Cranberries
  • 1 Bag Chocolate Chips
