- 6 lbs. Chicken Wings
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Salt
- 2 C. BBQ Sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's Original Recipe)
- 1 Tbsp. Red Pepper Flakes

Start by splitting the wings at the joint, remove wingtips and discard. Rinse and pat dry. Next, toss them in the garlic salt in a large mixing bowl.

Place the wings on a large foil lined baking sheet. Put them in the oven for 13 minutes on High Broil. Turn the wings and put them in for another 13 minutes.

While the wings are cooking, mix the BBQ sauce and Red Pepper Flakes in a medium bowl.

Once the wings are done, toss them in the BBQ sauce until thoroughly covered.

Place them back in the oven for an additional 5-6 minutes.
