Ingredients
- 3 c. Cooked and Shredded Chicken
- 1 c. Celery, Chopped
- 15 oz. Can Mandarin Oranges, Drained
- 1 c. Cashews, Chopped
- 1 c. Red Grapes, Halved
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. White Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 t. Salt
- 2 t. Poppy Seeds
- 6 Croissants, Sliced In Half

Step 1
In a large bowl mix together chicken, celery, Mandarin oranges, cashews and grapes together. In a medium bowl whisk together mayo, vinegar, honey, salt and poppy seeds together until smooth and well blended.

Step 2
Pour dressing over chicken mixture and fill each croissant with chicken salad.
