- 4 oz Dried Honeysuckle Flowers
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 c. Water
- Dash of Rose Gel Food Colorant

Pour the fragrant, natural wild honeysuckle loose flower buds over three cups of water, and bring to a boil. Steep in the hot, simmering water like a tea for about five minutes.

Once the liquid has reached a brilliant color, strain the wild honeysuckle blooms from your infused water and return the liquid to the pot. Return the floral infusion to low simmer, (adding a touch of pink gel food colorant for enhanced color, if desired).

Add the sugar to the liquid and stir slowly. Boil on medium-low until all of the sugar is dissolved and you have an exquisite, wildflower-imbued syrup.

Pour into Snap Lid Bottle Favor Jars. These favor jars are so adorable, and are reminiscent of mason jars, but in diminutive size for a touch of rustic whimsy.

Print and cut the free printable tags. Fussy cut these using small scissors or a 1.5" paper punch and set aside. . Use a bit of Maggie Holmes "Flourish" patterned paper to create a second circle in a 2" circle to back the label. Punch a small hole through both and hang from the jars using colorful bakers twine, tied to the top of your jar
