- 2 Containers Greek Yogurt
- 20 oz. of Fresh Berries
- 4 t. Whole Milk
- 2 t. Granulated Sugar
Start by adding the greek yogurt to the blender. Use full fat for a creamier finish.
Wash up 20 oz. of fresh berries of your choosing. We used blackberries to give a pinkish/purple hue to our gelato. In a pinch you can easily swap our for a bag of frozen berries if needed. Add them to the blender along with the greek yogurt.
Measure out 4 tbsp. of whole milk and add it to the blender along with the previous ingredients. If you don't have whole milk on hand you can swap for lower fat milk but it won't be as creamy.
Now, add 2 Tbsp. of granulated sugar to the mixture in the blender. Feel free to leave the sugar out for a healthier, less sweet snack.
Blend all ingredients on high until they all full mixed. Then pour into a shallow baking dish and set in the freezer for at least 30 minutes until it is fully set.
Remove your homemade gelato from the freezer and scoop with an ice cream scoop into Pineapple Dishes.
Add Flamingo Swirl Lollipops and Pineapple Character Lollipops and serve with Tropical Flatware on flamingo place settings!
