- Wild Hibiscus Flower
- 2/3 oz. Hibiscus & Lavender Syrup
- Mint
- Champagne
- Fresh Lavender Garnish

Muddle mint in a glass. Set mint leaves aside for later.

Place a wild hibiscus bud upright into the bottom of the glass. You can find these buds online. They will come in a small syrup jar.

Add the syrup. If you do not have hibiscus and lavender syrup, use the syrup from the hibiscus flower as a simple alternative.

Add some of the muddled mint leaves and pour the champagne. Watch as the flower bud slowly opens over 3-4 minutes as it soaks in the champagne.

Use a sprig of fresh English lavender as a garnish in your cocktail. Enjoy this delicious cocktail and know that the entire hibiscus flower is edible too! Include some Faux Lavender Stems on your serving tray for some added style.
