Melt the white candy melts according to the directions on the package, adding a small amount of vegetable oil to the mixture for easy dipping.

Dip the Nutter Butter® Cookies into the candy melts, coating both sides, but leaving the bottom uncoated. Place on waxed paper to set.

While coating is still setting, place two mini chocolate chips for eyes and one large chocolate chip onto the cookie. Allow to set until firm.
