- 16 oz. Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 c. Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. Water
- 1/2 c. Raw Sugar
- Fresh Mint Leaves for Garnish

Begin by juicing 1 grapefruit so you have 1/2 c. freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.

In a large bowl, combine the grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, water and raw sugar and whisk together until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Pour the mixture into an 8 or 9"loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.

Once frozen, simply scrape the granita using a large spoon and dish 1/4 c. into each Mini Plastic Pedestal Container and top with a small, fresh mint leaf. Serve the granita with a Clear Mini Appetizer Plastic Spoon. Your guests will simply adore this subtly sweet, refreshing treat!
