- 2 oz. Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup (or to taste)
- Pineapple Chunks for Garnish
- Ice
Gather all of your ingredients. You can also get out a cocktail jigger or you can live on the wild side like we did, and simply free pour. We won’t judge you, just pick the method that you are most comfortable with.
Pour 2 oz. Vodka into cocktail shaker over ice.
Add in 1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur.
Fill with 2 oz. of Pineapple Juice.
Add in 1/2 oz. of simple syrup or to taste. You can even leave out the simple syrup if you are watching your sugar intake. Heck, if you leave it out we could even call it a “Skinny” Golden Pineapple!
Shake all ingredients together. Pour into a Ceramic Pineapple Tumbler , garnish with a few pineapple chunks, and serve with a Beverage Napkin in Candy Pink.
