- 1 Bag of Pre-Packaged Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1 Egg
- 1 Stick Softened Butter
- 1 Bag Vibrant Green Candy Melts
- Food Coloring (magenta, teal, orange, purple)

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients in with the pre-packaged sugar cookie mix until fully combined and dough forms.

Separate the cookie dough into 4 different bowls and add 6-8 drops of food coloring to each bowl to create a different colored batter in each bowl. Add more food coloring (if needed) to make the colors more intense.

Using a teaspoon measuring spoon, scoop out a teaspoon of each colored dough. Place all four scoops of colored cookie dough in the palm of your hand.

Carefully roll it into a ball. Continue to do this to make 13-15 cookie balls.

Place the cookie balls on a cookie sheet, making sure the swirl side is facing up. Press them down with your palm just a little bit and then put them in the oven for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let fully cool.

Separate candy melts into two microwave-safe bowls. Melt the candy according to the package instructions. Once they are fully melted, pour the candy into a squeeze bottle.

Fill a dinosaur silicone mold with the melted candy. Level off the excess with the edge of a knife. Place the candy mold in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to harden.

Carefully remove the chocolate candy dinosaurs from the molds.

Squeeze a dollop of icing on to the back of a chocolate candy dinosaur and carefully press each one down on the middle of each fully cooled tie-dyed cookie. Continue for all the cookies. The icing will act as an edible glue to keep the candy dinosaur from falling off the cookie.

They're ready to eat! Serve them with beach bum dessert plates and little dino beverage napkins.
