- 1/2 c. Pear Nectar
- 1/2 c. Champagne
- Candied Ginger Slices

Fill a pretty champagne flute to about half filled with pear nectar. It's best to use chilled juice for this step.

Add champagne to the glass, fill to the top!

Use small kitchen scissors to trim the candied ginger slices into heart shapes, as shown.

Use a bamboo skewer to insert into each of the ginger hearts.

Add the ginger heart to the glass, and serve! Don't forget a cocktail napkin!
