- 1 Box of White Cake Mix
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 c. Milk
- 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 c. White Chocolate Chips
- 1 tub of Vanilla Frosting
- Bag of large marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 11"x7" pan with nonstick spray.
Combine the cake mix, oil, egg and milk in a bowl and mix until it's combined. The batter will be extremely dense and thick.
Pour in 1/2 cup white chocolate chips into the batter and mix thoroughly.
Spread the batter evenly into the baking pan and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until they are just barely golden brown.
While the brownies are baking, place 1 cup of frosting into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds until the frosting is runny.
Once the brownies are finished baking, allow them to cool for a few minutes. Drizzle the melted frosting over the brownies and cut into squares.
Using an edible marker, draw three circles on the marshmallow for eyes and a mouth.
Place the marshmallow ghosts on top of the white chocolate brownies. Your ghostly brownies are now ready to be gobbled up!
