- Boxed Cake Mix
- 1 Can Vanilla Frosting
- Vanilla Candy Melts
- Silver or Gold Sanding Sugar
- Purple Rock Candy Crystals

Bake a vanilla cake according to package directions. Once it's cooled, place in a bowl and add one jar of frosting or your favorite frosting recipe to the crumbled cake. Mix the cake crumbles and frosting together until it is well incorporated.

Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out equal portions of the cake mixture and roll into small balls. Place them onto parchment paper and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Melt the vanilla candy melts in the microwave in 30 second increments until the candy is completely melted. Dip the cake pops into the melted mixture and cover all sides of the cake pop. Place the candy coated cake pops back onto the parchment lined cookie sheet and place back into the freezer for 10 minutes.

Once the candy coating has hardened, cut out a small section of the cake pop.

Snip off the end of a Ziploc® bag and add vanilla frosting to the bag. Pipe a little frosting into the cake pop.

Sprinkle silver or gold sanding sugar around the opening of the cake pop and place purple rock candy crystals to the inside of the cake pop.

Place cake pops onto a cake pedestal and add a few embellishments to the wedding dessert table like a gold geometric sphere filled with flowers and air plants, taper candles and a beautiful eucalyptus garland.
