- White cupcakes
- White frosting
- Pink and blue food coloring
- Sparkling Powder Blue Chocolate Candy
- Light Pink Chocolate Candy
- Knife or Cupcake Corer

Bake cupcakes using a recipe or cake mix. Once cupcakes have cooled, using a knife or a cupcake corer (pictured below) create a hole in the center of the cupcake. Don't make the hole poke through the cupcake, just about half way.

Fill the cupcake holes with candy. I'm making these cupcakes for a boy baby, so I used blue coated chocolate candies.

Split white frosting into two bowls. Mix pink and blue food coloring into each bowl.

Using a piping bag or frosting gun and a flower tip, pipe the frosting onto the cupcakes. Make half of the blue and half of them pink.
