- 12 Bakery Rolls
- 1 lb Deli Roast Beef, Thinly Sliced
- 6 Thin Slices Pepperjack Cheese
- 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbs. Hot Sauce
- 1/2 c. Butter, Melted
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 3 Tbs. Chives, Finely Chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise and hot sauce. Set a side. Slice rolls in half lengthwise and layer the bottom half in a 9x13 pan.

Spread half of the hot mayo on top of the bottom half of the rolls. Layer beef on top, ruffling it as you go.

Place cheese slices over the beef. They may overlap a little and that's alright.

Place top half of the rolls on top of the cheese and press down gently to compact each slider. Mix together melted butter, chopped chives and garlic powder together in a small bowl. Slowly pour over to top of the rolls and making sure some gets down the sides of each slider.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5 additional minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
