- 1 dozen Breadstick Baguettes
- 1/2 lb. Saucisson, Sopressata or Prosciutto, sliced very thinly
- Butter
- French Cornichons or Small Fancy Dill Pickles

Slice baguette lengthwise.

Spread each half of the baguette generously with butter.

Layer on the saucisson, or prosciutto, to cover one half of the baguette.

Add pickles to the other half of the sandwich as shown.

Wrap sandwiches in rustic lace napkins.

Secure with raffia, tied in a knot.
Display sandwiches vertically in an oval galvanized bucket.
