Place a sheet of wax paper on top of a cookie baking sheet and pour the popcorn onto the tray.

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave according to the directions. Carefully drizzle the melted chocolate all over the popcorn.

While the chocolate is still warm, quickly sprinkle Pop Rocks all over the popcorn.

Sprinkle the red, white and blue candy stars all over the popcorn.

Let the popcorn sit for 5-10 minutes until the chocolate coating is firm and then place it in a patriotic food serving tray.
