- French Vanilla Cake Mix
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1/2 C. Vanilla Eggnog
- Ground Nutmeg
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 t. Rum Flavor
- 1/3 C. Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 C. Water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the cake mix, 3/4 cup vanilla eggnog, 1/2 tsp rum flavor, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 1/4 cup of water into a mixing bowl. Mix on low speed to combine the ingredients and then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Place baking liners into a cupcake baking tin and fill each half full with batter. Bake for 20 min. When done, remove from oven and let fully cool.

Frost each cupcake with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
