Start by placing your white chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second increments until smooth and creamy. Make sure you are careful to not over heat the chocolate as this will prevent it from being smooth.
Once the white chocolate is melted and smooth, add a few drops of green food coloring to achieve the desired color.
Dip each Nutter Butter® cookie into the melted chocolate and place on a paper plate to firm up. To speed up this process, simply place into the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes.
Now, add three sharp dragon claws to each cookie using green gel icing. Then, place the cookie on top of a store bought cupcake.
Add some blue sixlets candies to the icing for an extra delicious chocolate crunch.
Be sure to place your cookie cupcake in an adorable cupcake collar as well.
Assemble the knight themed cupcake stand and display your cupcakes on it.
