- 24 Salted Mini Pretzels
- 24 Caramels, unwrapped
- 14 oz. Dark Chocolate Bar
- 4 oz. Milk Chocolate
- 6 tbsp. Heavy Cream
 
                            Melt the dark chocolate and 2 Tbsp heavy cream in a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth. In a separate bowl do the same thing with the milk chocolate.
 
                            Melt caramels and 2 Tbsp heavy cream in a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth.
 
                            Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Spread the melted dark chocolate in a ¼-inch layer over the wax paper.
 
                            Place the pretzels in a ziplock bag and use a rolling pin to break them into smaller pieces. Sprinkle the pretzels down over the chocolate and gently press them into the chocolate.
 
                            Drizzle the melted caramel over the pretzels. Place baking sheet in the freezer for 5 minutes.
 
                            Drizzle the melted milk chocolate lightly over cooled bark, then return to the freezer for 5 more minutes.
 
                            Chop into chunks and serve. This dessert can be sealed in an airtight container and stored at room temperature for 7 days.
