Set up your bar cart. I had a bar cart on hand and used this adorable Bubbly Bar Table Sign from as well as the Large Tabletop Chalkboard which has become a staple in every party I plan lately. It’s so versatile and can be used again and again.
Party Tip: Use a Chalk Marker to get a crisp look, then wipe it clean using a little window cleaner and a paper towel.
Fill up an ice bucket and set out Navy and Hot Pink Straws and Hot Pink Tumblers. These tumblers which were just the right size for the sodas.
Put out a bowl of freshly cut limes and a small Tablespoon measuring cup.

On the bottom level of your bar cart, if you’re using one, set up all of the sodas, mix-ins and juices.
