- 1 C. Nutella
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 Pkg Chocolate Instant Pudding (prepared per instructions)
- 6 Oreo cookies (filling removed and crushed)
Beat the eggs in a medium sized bowl for about 6 minutes with a hand mixed on low.
Warm the Nutella in the microwave in 15 second increments until creamy.
Slowly add the Nutella to the eggs while mixing on low until combined.
Pour the batter in a 8x8 greased or parchment paper lined pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.
Once cooled, cut the brownies into bite sized cubes and place them in the Mini Square Appetizer Bowls.
Add prepared Instant Pudding on top of the brownies.
Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies on top of the pudding.
Add Construction Sign Picks and you're ready to serve!
