- 4 oz. Gin
- 3 oz. Champagne
- 2 oz. Honey Simple Syrup ( 1oz Honey + 1 oz. Water)
- 3 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tea Bag
- Raspberries
- Mint Leaves

Begin by steeping your tea bag into the gin for approximately 3-5 minutes. This will give the gin a lovely tea infused flavor.

Combine and mix together tea infused gin, honey simple syrup and lemon juice.



Split mixture between four glasses, and top off each glass generously with champagne. Next, add a few frozen raspberries and a sprig of mint, and your tea infused champagne cocktail is ready to serve!
