- 2 to 3 Cucumbers
- 1/2 c. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 4 oz. Vodka
- 1 to 2 c. Lime Seltzer Water
- 2 t. Granulated Sugar
- Simple Syrup (Optional)
Cut your cucumbers lengeth wise and remove the seeds. Place in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Fill a cocktail shaker with 1 1/2 cups of fresh cucumber juice, 4 ounces of Vodka, and 1-2 cups lime seltzer water and shake.
