- 1/2 c. Butter, Softened
- 1 c. All Purpose Flour
- 4 Tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/3 c. Granulated Sugar for Decoration
- For the Filling: 1/4 c. Butter, Softened
- 1 c. Confectioner's Sugar
- 1 t. Vanilla Extract
- 2 t. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Drop each of Food Coloring of your Choice

Beat flour, butter and cream in a bowl until fully incorporated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.

Preheat oven to 375°. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/8-in thickness.

Cut cookie dough with a floured 1-1/4-in. round cookie cutter and place 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle a little sugar over each cookie and prick the cookies a few times with a fork. Bake for 8 minutes and allow the cookies to cool on wire racks.

In a mixing bowl, combine butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and enough cream to achieve desired consistency.

Separate the filling into three small bowls and tint each bowl with one drop of your desired color of food coloring.

Carefully pipe or spread filling on bottom of half of the cookies and top with remaining cookies.

Serve the finished cookies on floral dessert plates or line a long white platter with floral doilies and have the guests help themselves.
