- 1 Package Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
- 1 pt. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
- Mint Leaves

In a large Ziploc® bag, crush chocolate sandwich cookies until they are in small chunks. In an electric mixer, whip heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff.

Set up your Tiny Pedestal Cups and add a spoonful of crushed cookies to the bottom of each.

Spoon whipping cream into each trifle cup covering the cookies. Repeat this process one more time making sure whipped cream is the final layer. To garnish, sprinkle with fine cookie crumbs and a small leaf of mint.
