- 1 tub Orange Frosting
- Yellow Decorator Icing

Make cupcakes in these festive, Halloween cupcake liners according to the directions on the box of cake mix. When finished and cooled, frost the top of the cupcakes with orange frosting.
Melt the candy melts according to the directions on the package, adding a small amount of vegetable oil to the mixture for easy dipping.
Dip the cones into the melted chocolate candy making sure to totally coat the sugar cones. Place on waxed paper to set.
Set aside 2 Tbsp. of melted chocolate candy, making sure to keep it melted. Pour the remaining melted chocolate candy onto waxed paper. Spread to create an even layer about 1/8” thick. Allow to set.
Use a circle cookie cutter or large round drinking glass to carefully cut circles in the set chocolate candy sheet. Place the chocolate circles onto the top of the orange frosting to form the hat brim.
Use the remaining melted chocolate candy to adhere the sugar cones to the chocolate circle brims.
Cut green fruit leather into strips and wrap the strips around the cone to form a hat band. Use the yellow decorator icing to create a buckle on the hat.
