Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees. In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together the butter and corn syrup until the butter is completely melted.
Once butter is melted, stir in the Jell-o® powder and the sugar.
Slightly turn up the heat to bring the mixture to a boil. Turn to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, pour the Jell-o® mixture over the popcorn, stirring to coat the popcorn.
Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper and smooth the popcorn into a single layer onto the cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
Insert a candy corn into each of the fingers of a plastic food service glove. Break the popcorn into small pieces and insert into the glove.
Secure the end of the glove with tape and decorate with ribbon and a spider ring.
