I can’t think of anything that goes better with hot cocoa in the Fall than warm cinnamon sugar pumpkin donut holes. Just imagine a chilly day spent sipping your favorite warm beverage and enjoying these warm donuts fresh out of the oven. Can you hear your stomach rumbling? The idea of making donuts at home may seem daunting but I promise you it is easy and way healthier. These donuts are made healthier by baking rather than frying and by using a muffin tin there is less mess.

Ingredients
  • For the Donuts:
  • 1 3/4 c. All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 t. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 t. Salt
  • 1/2 t. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 t. Nutmeg
  • 1/2 t. Allspice
  • 1/8 t. Ground Cloves
  • 1/3 c. Canola Oil (or olive oil)
  • 1/2 c. Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 t. Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 c. Canned Pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. Milk
  • For The Coating:
  • 4 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
  • 2/3 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
