- 1 box White Cake Mix
- 1 large box Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Softened Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 3 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon and Sugar Mixture

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line muffin tin with paper liners and set aside.
Make the cake mix according to the directions on the cake mix box in a large bowl. Add the pudding mix and combine until well incorporated.

Add the cinnamon to the cake mixture and stir.

Frosting Directions: Fill the lined muffin tins about 3/4 full with cake batter and cook for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcake comes out clean. Take cupcakes out of oven and allow to cool.

Add butter, vanilla, cinnamon and powdered sugar to a stand mixer. Cream ingredients together on medium speed.

Pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes.

Place a churro piece onto each cupcake and sprinkle cupcakes with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
These cupcakes are always a crowd pleaser. This recipe is one of my favorite because they don’t take long to make yet taste gourmet!
