- 1 Package Devil's Food Premium Cake Mix
- 2/3 c. Water
- 1/3 c. Vegetable Oil
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 c. (2 sticks) Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 c. Powdered Sugar
- 2 t. Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 c. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, Crushed
Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.

Use a small ice cream scoop (about 2 tablespoons) to drop batter onto prepared baking sheets, 2 inches apart. Using the back of a spoon, spread batter into 2-inch diameter circles. Bake 8 to 9 minutes or until centers are set. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.

Using a hand or stand mixer, cream together butter and creamy peanut butter until light and fluffy. Beat for about 3 minutes.

Slowly, add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until filling becomes light and fluffy.

Fold in chocolate peanut butter cups until combined.

Spread or pipe filling on the bottoms of half of the pies; top with remaining pies.
