Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Shortening
- 3/4 c. Butter (go for the real deal-- no margarine)
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 2 t. Vanilla
- 1 t. Baking Soda
- 1 t. Salt
- 3 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 - 3 oz. Package Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 Bag Milk Chocolate Chips

Step 1
Using a stand or hand mixer, cream together shortening, butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, pudding mix, and salt.

Step 2
Combine two bowls using mixer. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-11 minutes, or until cookies are barely turning brown.
