- 1 bag of Wilton Candy Melts, in Bright White
- 1 bag of Wilton Candy Melts, in Pink
- 1/4 cup Sprinkles, in three or four different varieties
- 1 cup Pink and White Circus Animal Cookies, both crushed and whole pieces
- 11/8 cup Light Pink Chocolate Candies
- 1/8 cup Sparkling Turquoise Chocolate Candies

Place one half of the white candy melts in a microwave safe bowl, and melt, one minute at a time, until the candy has melted to a smooth consistency. Set aside to cool for one minute. Repeat this step with the pink candy melts.

Spray a baking sheet lightly with nonstick cooking spray, and then spoon large pools of the candy melts in a random, alternating pattern on the baking sheet.

Use the back of a spoon to gently swirl the candy melts together, using a side to side motion. The more you swirl, the more lines your pattern will have, but be careful not to overdo it, or the colors will start blending together.

Add in the circus animal cookies. It's okay if some are broken and some are whole. This adds to the crazy fun look of this cute recipe!

While the candy is still wet, sprinkle your assorted sprinkles on the surface. Use a variety of colored sprinkles for a really festive look.

Add the light pink candies and turquoise sparkle by dropping and pressing into the surface of the Carnival Bark, to adhere well.

Once all your ingredients have been placed, you'll want to move your baking sheet to the refrigerator to cool thoroughly. Leave it in the refrigerator, uncovered, for about 15 minutes.
Remove the finished candy from the refrigerator. Now comes the fun part – breaking it up! Use a butter knife or spatula to gently lift the candy from the baking sheet. It will most likely lift off in a solid sheet.

Use the tip of a butter knife to press down and crack the bark. Continue breaking up into bite sized pieces, until all the bark has been broken up. Some pieces will be larger than others, and that's okay.

Divide the bark into twelve equal portions, and place the contents into clear cellophane bags.

Tie off with a decorative ribbon or trim. We used some pom pom fringe in a bright, cheery yellow.
