- 1 lbs. Pecans
- 1 c. White Sugar
- 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Tbs. Water
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
Mix egg white and water together in a separate bowl.
Add pecans to the egg white mixture. Mix until pecans are coated.
Add sugar mixture to the egg white mixture. Stir until pecans are evenly coated.
Spread pecans onto a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven until pecans are evenly coated, about an hour. Stir pecans every 15 minutes to ensure even baking.
Once cool use a scoop fill favor bags with candied pecans.
