- Ingredients for Creamy Crawfish Dip:
- 1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 1 C. cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. of your favorite Cajun spice mix
- 1 t. of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- ¼ C. shredded cheese
- Ingredients for Cajun Crackers:
- 1 box saltines
- 1 C. canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1/8 t. red pepper flakes
- 1 pkg ranch style dressing mix

To make the creamy crawfish dip start by adding the cream cheese and mayonnaise to your bowl.

Add the spices. Mix with a hand mixer on low speed until well combined and smooth.

Add cheddar cheese and mix, then fold in crawfish tails gently.

Spread the mixture in a 9×13 greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until dip is golden brown and bubbly. Take out and let cool a little. Spoon the dip into a clear serving bowl and serve with spicy Cajun crackers or chips.

Now it’s time to make the Cajun crackers. In a small bowl, combine the Ranch packet, red pepper flakes, and Old Bay seasoning.

Pour oil into the bottom of a large Ziplock bag. Add the spice mixture and combine ingredients.

Dump the saltines into the bag, seal the bag and mix them around, making sure to coat all of the crackers.
Spread the crackers out on a sheet pan. Bake the crackers 15-20 minutes, until they are dry. Turn the crackers over halfway through the baking time.
Line the large silver pail with food safe parchment paper and fill with the Cajun crackers. Serve with the creamy crawfish dip or package them up in an air tight container for later…but you’ll probably eat most of them before they ever see a storage container.
