- 30 oz Cooked Cactus (Nopalitos)
- 4-5 Roma Tomatoes, Diced
- 4-6 Green Onions, Chopped
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro, Chopped
- 1-2 Jalapenos, Diced (optional)
- 1-2 Limes
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Tortilla Chips

Drain the Cactus from the jar and rinse in cold water using a strainer. Dice the tomatoes and chop the cilantro, cactus and green onions.

Combine the vegetables in a bowl and add Garlic Salt, Salt and Pepper to taste. Add the juice of 1-2 limes.

Mix ingredients and add diced jalapenos for heat.

Pair with your favorite tortilla chips.
