- 1 c. Blueberries
- 1 c. Pineapple Juice
- 5 Mint Leaves
- Champagne

Add the blueberries, pineapple juice and mint leaves into blender and blend on medium speed until all the ingredients are pureéd into a pretty purple juice.

Pour the blended liquid through a strainer and add 2-3 Tbsp of the strained fruit pureé into a gold scalloped champagne flute.

Top with champagne.
