- 1 Large Can Of Pineapple Juice
- 2 Cups Sparkling Wine
- 1/2 Cup Vodka
- 1 Small Bottle of Blue Curacao
Add 1 large can of Pineapple Juice. It is also delicious if you slightly freeze the pineapple juice before adding.
Add 2 cups of Sparkling Wine.
Add 1/2 cup Vodka. You can also leave out the Vodka if you want to lower the alcohol content. I found that it doesn’t change the taste.
Add Blue Curacao until you reach a desired color and taste.
Garnish with orange zest and serve.
Serve the drinks in these adorable and disposable Clear Champagne Glasses! You can add Rock Candy Sticks as cocktail stir sticks too but don’t add them too soon. It’s best to add the sticks and stir right before you drink. I used Foli Dinner Plates to create flags for the top of the rock candy stir sticks.
