- 1 c. All-purpose Flour
- 2 t. Baking Powder
- 3/4 c. White Sugar
- 3/4 c. Milk
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 2 c. Fresh or Frozen Berries

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Melt butter in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Blend together flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk.

Pour batter in baking dish over the butter.

Sprinkle fruit on top of the batter, do not stir.

Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.

Allow dish to cool, then scoop servings of cobbler into mini mason jars and screw on lids.

Tie with red baker’s twine, and attach miniature wood spoons to the outside. Decorative tags are a sweet touch; we used cute rolling pins that were created on a home computer, customized with a fun pun, “That’s How I Roll”.
