- 1 lb. Bag Each Frozen Fruit
- 2 c. Water
- 2 c. Sugar

Combine 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil while stirring until all the sugar is dissolved. Let cool.

Once the simple syrup is cooled, pour the simple syrup into a blender and add all the strawberries. Blend using the puree option on your blender. (If you don't have a puree option, simply blend on high until you have a smooth consistency).

Pour the puree into a carafe or small pitcher. Do this for each of the 4 flavors of fruit you have.

Fill a Champagne Glass 1/4 way full of fruit puree and fill the glass the rest with Sprite (lemon-lime soda). Serve with a Gold Straw. Be sure to check out how I set up a Bellini Mocktail Bar at my “Roundup” Western Baby Shower.
PARTY TIP: Here I used clear cording and tied a metal gold and silver Star Charm to each of the champagne glass stems. I also used Gold Baker’s Twine to tie a Star Charm on to each of the glass carafes.
