- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 Container Vanilla Icing
- 2 c. Banana Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 2/3 c Softened Butter
- 1 Packet of Instant Banana Pudding
- 2 c. Cold Milk
- Yellow Food Coloring
- Non-Stick Baking Spray

Mix cake mix, eggs, banana milk and butter in a mixing bowl on medium high until fully combined. Fully cover the insides of the cake pan with a non-stick baking spray.

Fill the cake pan 3/4 way full with cake batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

When done, remove from the oven and let fully cool. Test to be sure the cake is fully cooked through by placing a skewer down into the center of the cake. Pull it out and if it comes out clean, your cake is done.

Turn the baking pan over and tap the cake out of the pan on to a cutting board.

Cut the cake in half using a serrated knife. Set each half face up on your cutting board.

Now, let's make the banana pudding filling. Add the banana pudding and cold milk to a mixing bowl and beat for 2 minutes. Sit aside to firm up.

Place the bottom half of the cake on top of a 6" cake board. Place some of the banana pudding on top of the bottom half of the cake.

Place the top half right on top of the pudding. Be sure to not put too much pudding on the cake so it doesn't overflow down the sides of the cake when you put the top half on it.

Prepare the icing by adding a few drops of yellow food coloring to a container of vanilla icing and mix well until fully combined. Add more or less of the food coloring until you have the desired yellow color.

Using a flat knife, fully cover the entire cake with the yellow icing. Transfer the cake to a 1st Zoo Dessert Plate. Make your own cake topper by attaching a monkey decoration from the 1st Zoo Cupcake Stand to a striped paper straw with hot glue.

Be sure to have lots of 1st Zoo Beverage Napkins and 1st Zoo Dessert Plates on hand. Serve immediately.
