- 1/2 c. Apple Cider
- 2 c. Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Apple Pie Spice
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1/3 c. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Milk

Lightly grease your doughnut pan and then preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, 3/4 c. sugar, salt and apple spice.

Once mixed, add in the apple cider, milk, eggs and 1 Tbsp. butter. Beat until thoroughly combined.

Fill each portion of the doughnut pan approximately 3/4 full and bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool for 5-7 minutes then remove from pan.

In a separate, small bowl, combine 1/4 c sugar, 1/3 c. brown sugar and 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon. Using a pastry brush, brush the melted butter onto the donuts and then dip then into your cinnamon-sugar.
