Assemble the lantern by inserting the glass into the sides of the lantern per the instructions that come with your lantern.

Place a few wood rounds in the bottom of your lantern. You can add several sizes of wood rounds. You can also stack them for additional height.

Insert several sizes and colors of trees. I used red and green trees. Attach these with a glue dot. You might be tempted to skip this step, but you won’t want to. When you start adding in the lights, if the trees are not secure they will fall over.

Add in the LED String Lights. Carefully arrange the lights inside the lantern without disturbing your trees. These lights can be easily manipulated and might require you to fuss with them until they are just right.

Attach a Command Strip® to the bottom of the battery pack. Apply your second command strip and peel off the back and stick to the inside of the lantern top. When the battery pack is secure, you can wind your excess lights around the battery pack.

Place your lantern cover onto the lantern and proudly display the lanterns in your home or on a party table.
