Remove the insert of a wooden needlework hoop. Use a drop of hot glue to glue the end of a length of string to the inside of the outer needlework hoop. Thread a jingle bell onto the string and wrap the string around the hoop making sure the jingle bell is on the outside of the hoop. Continue threading until the hoop is complete. Glue the end of the string to the inside of the hoop with a drop of glue to hold it in place.

Glue lengths of organza, satin, lace and glittered ribbon to the inside of the jingle bell wrapped hoop. We used varying lengths of ribbon to create interest.

Fold a lace circle in half and cut along the fold. Place the lace on top of the inner needlework hoop and then place the outer hoop on top of that. You may need to unscrew the top hoop to accommodate the bulk of the lace and ribbons. Once the inner hoop is inside the outer hoop, tighten the screw.

Cut the excess lace off around the edge of the hoop and add a few drops of glue to secure the lace and hoop in place.

Print and cut out the free printable tags. Use a standard hole punch to punch a hole in the top of the tags and tie the tags onto the tambourines with string.

These tambourines not only make cute favors to hand out to your guests but would also be cute as a send off alternative or have your guests shake the tambourine for a kiss!
