Begin by painting the Wine Bottle Vase with the white spray paint and allow to dry completely.
Once dry, take the Painter’s and carefully place in horizontal stripes on the Wine Bottle Vase. Make sure to press the tape firmly onto the vase so that the paint lines are crisp. Add a layer of Black Chalkboard Spray Paint and allow to dry.
Remove the Painter’s tape from the very bottom of the Wine Bottle Vase. This part will be painted hot pink. Add a few strips of Painter’s tape above the section you are going to paint pink to protect it from the new coat of paint. Paint the bottom of the Wine Bottle Vase and allow to dry.
Remove all the Painter’s tape and adhere a small piece of Gold Sparklet Glitter Ribbon to the bottom of the neck of the Wine Bottle Vase.
