Draw a design on the white canvas, making sure not to cover the entire canvas in glue.
Allow the canvas to dry completely. You will be able to run your fingers across the glue without it being sticky.
Using the watercolor paints, paint over the dried glue on the canvas. You will notice that the glue “resists” the watercolor paint and adds texture to your painting. It provides a template of sorts for the artist to work with.
Let the paintings dry. Have your kids sign their name on the artwork and hang for everyone to admire!
