
Cut out flower shapes using watercolor paper. Use a paintbrush to paint 2-3 watercolor flower shapes with liquid watercolors. To create an extra colorful bouquet of watercolor flowers, paint each of your flowers with a different color. After painting the flower shapes, set them aside to dry completely.

Then glue the other vase on top. The top and middle of the vase remain open so you can place the flowers inside at a later step.

Cut out circles from construction paper for the inside of each of the flowers. If creating a Mother's Day bouquet gift, you might also like to include a photo. Write love notes on the inside of the construction paper circles with markers or crayons.

Use a glue stick to glue the construction paper circles on the watercolor flowers.

Tape lime green paper straws to the back of each of the watercolor flowers.

Insert each of the watercolor flowers inside the paper vase created in Step 2.

Cut a piece of white ribbon approximately 24-30 inches in length. Wrap the ribbon around the vase and tie it into a bow. Cut off any excess ribbon from the bow.
