Inflate the balloons either with a personal helium balloon tank or at your local party store. This bouquet uses one jumbo heart balloon and five Mylar heart balloons, but you can include as many as you want! I decorated my large balloon with a few hearts from this garland by affixing them with double-sided tape. You can also tie a length of the heart garland to the large balloon for a pretty balloon string. Finish by tying the balloons to a balloon weight.
Inflate the small heart balloons by smashing the packet inside to activate them. This step is so much fun!
Fill the Valentine card holder box with the little heart balloons and some pretty filler such as tissue paper or Mylar shred. Insert the balloon weight through the hole on the top of the lid, and finish with a little note that says “You’ve been heart attacked!”.
